At The Comfort Villa, we aim to make your booking experience smooth, transparent, and reliable. This Booking Policy outlines the terms related to reservations, payments, confirmations, and modifications. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following policy.
1. Reservation Process
Guests can make reservations through our official website, phone call, WhatsApp, email, or authorized third-party booking platforms. All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by The Comfort Villa.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
Receipt of a booking confirmation message or email from the hotel, and
Completion of any required advance payment, if applicable.
Guests are advised to verify booking details such as dates, room type, number of guests, and contact information at the time of confirmation.
2. Advance Payment & Confirmation
Certain bookings may require partial or full advance payment, especially during peak seasons, weekends, festivals, or for group and event bookings.
Advance payment requirements will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to make the required payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.
3. Check-In Requirements
At the time of check-in:
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification.
Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if proper identification is not provided.
4. Booking Modifications
Changes to an existing booking, including date changes, room upgrades, or guest details, are subject to availability and approval by the hotel.
Modification requests should be made as early as possible.
Additional charges may apply if the revised booking falls under a higher rate or peak period.
The Comfort Villa is not responsible for modification limitations imposed by third-party booking platforms.
5. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellation and no-show policies may vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy before confirming the reservation.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice may be treated as a no-show.
No-show or late cancellation charges may apply as per the selected booking plan.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the hotelβs Refund Policy.
6. Group & Corporate Bookings
Special terms may apply for group, corporate, or event bookings.
Separate agreements or advance payment requirements may be applicable.
Cancellation and modification policies for such bookings may differ from standard room reservations.
7. Special Requests
Special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, extra beds, or room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
8. Right to Cancel or Modify
The Comfort Villa reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, appropriate alternatives or refunds will be offered as per policy.
