2. Cancellation by Guest
Guests may cancel their booking by contacting The Comfort Villa directly through phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation requests must be received within the applicable cancellation period to avoid charges.
Free Cancellation:
Some bookings may be eligible for free cancellation if canceled within the specified time frame mentioned at the time of booking.Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made after the free cancellation period may attract cancellation charges as per the booking terms.Same-Day Cancellation:
Cancellations made on the day of check-in may be charged partially or fully, depending on the rate plan and availability conditions.
3. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation or intimation.
In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full or partial amount of the booking.
The room may be released for resale after the no-show is recorded.
No refunds are generally provided for no-show bookings unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking terms.
4. Early Departure
If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date:

5. Modification of Booking

If a modification results in cancellation of original booking nights, cancellation charges may apply.

Such bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

The Comfort Villa shall not be liable for cancellations or refunds affected by events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.
